Had a 2 night stay here and i cannot fault the hotel at all. The rooms was very clean throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The location is very good for anyone wanting to visit the French Quarter and surrounding areas.

We had suite 102 - which despite fronting the street was no issue with noise. Great room, friendly staff, fantastic location. Parking just 1 block up the street ($24 for 24 hours) and although pool is small it's great to cool off in and unlike the holiday inn best door - not full of screaming kids! Great!

A great hotel about 10/15 mins walk from the main streets. We felt it was a really safe area with good transport links. Bus stop to airport was 5 min walk away. You enter at street level and use an elevator to go to 11th floor where reception is. Great breakfast each morning, did get a little busy at weekend. Room was large, clean and provided everything we needed.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. In keeping with original building. Great air conditioning. Super riverside location and easy access to French quarter. Bar area quiet and pool small but served its purpose. We would definitely recommend it.

Well served by public transport (St. Charles Streetcar Line). Clean room. Comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful to resolve a minor issue that occurred during our stay.

An absolute excellent experience in new orleans. Ginger, Bobby and Widner all treat you like family, give you tips and directions for the city, and really make you feel like you have a great point of contact for anything you might need. The location is great, spot on in the French quarter, and quick access to bourbon as well as Frenchman street. For sure worth a stay!
