Was supposed to have a double en-suite and was given a double bed with 2 twin beds. The mattress are on the floor. And the pillows were flat

The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The store downstairs was very convenient. Public transportation is not close.

Newer renovated part of the property was good. The old part was not as good. Bathroom in my room smelled terrible the whole time.

Leider waren die Betten sehr hart und unbequem, die Bettwäsche teilweise schmutzig und die Handseife war in eine alte Seifenverpackung mit alten Seifenresten geschüttet. Handtücher gab es leider auch nicht. So freundlich das Personal auch war, der Aufenthalt war eher nicht so schön.

Heerlijke chinees en grossier onder het pand. Gaf veel geluid. Bedden kunnen beter. Personeel niet bij inchecken gezien volgende dag wel. Ontbijt was redelijk

Hotelpersoneel sprak slecht engels, verder was dit prima. Bij aankomst was hotel kamer nog niet gereed. Badkamer zag er niet uit als op de fotos, douchekop moest je zelf vasthouden om te kunnen douchen. Wc was niet schoon. Bedden waren van erg slechte staat.

Ogólnie bardzo fajny hotel, miła obsługa, przed hotelem bardzo dobra Chińska Restauracja polecam. Jedyny minus to śniadanie które wykupiłem pewnie ze względu na nieporozumienie się personelu nie było gotowe z rana

Vi bokade ca 30 min innan ankomst, dessvärre var receptionen stängd men det löste sig fint med ett nyckelskåp.
