The Hotel itself is well located and central to airport and Suva Corridor but there are certain Health and safety issues that needs addressing. 1. While we were in the hotel there was fire alarm activation 2 days in a row. 2. All fire exit doors were locked, and we tried to escape but had nowhere to go. 3. The alarm was switched off by the staff themselves. 4. Later we were told that the keys were with the owners/ manager on site but nowhere to be seen. 5. This is a serious breach of Fijis Occupational health and safety Act of Fiji and recommend that the management looks into this seriously before some drastic accident happens and life's may be lost. 6. The condiments in the room are written in Chinese even the broadcast in the lift speaks Chinese. 7. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and sealed with some sort of plaster. Otherwise , the staff are very friendly

Nice big rooms and staff try to help you as much as possible. Make sure to inspect the rooms at check-in to find any issues, like dirty sheets or leaking AC, especially when they are busy.

Check in was stress-free and easy whereas check out was a tad scrappy as the receptionist could not locate my cash bond and had to call someone to ask. I was glad to have the bond back though. Our room was liveable, neat and tidy in the bedroom area. The air con was lovely and a welcome relief. Wasn’t too impressed with the bathroom as tiles weren’t cleaned very well. Room has tea and coffee making facilities, nice thick bath towels, hairdryer, etc. it’s a great place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight from Suva to Nadi.

Staff was helpful in some aspects They room was clean but experienced many problems such as the sink drain pipes kept on leaking dispite. The maintenance team fixing it 3 times The ac worked half of the time and the whole place smells like dmc fried chicken from downstairs and the shower privacy glass is still an issue allowing people from the bedroom to see people nearly naked in the shower. we tried to communicate with staff abour these issues and to shift rooms but they wouldn't shift us to a different room.

We arrived at 11.00pm & the entry was difficult to find although the staff were helpful. We were asked for $100 bond in cash which had me on edge as I thought it was a scam. The smell in the corridors was a stale musty smell which continued into the room. The room had ants on the wall in several places with dirty cups & glasses. The shower was not clean with grime on the shower glass & mold on the wall tiles. My wife would not shower because of this. No water or milk in the room for tea or coffee but I would not have used it anyway. We moved to Suva the next day for better accommodation. We could not get any free to air channels on the TV. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in & would not recommend it to anyone. I did not ask for a refund for the following 3 nights we just wanted out. Never again will we stay there but the pictures looked so good before booking.

It was okay. We had a problem initially with the booking which took a long time to fix but after that, it was fine, although our room was never cleaned at all after several requests so there was a buildup of dust and cleaning was surface cleaning. Took our bag down from a shelf and a lot of dust came with it on our clothes. I can see the potential but staff need more training - cleaners and reception.
