"it was good"

"Clean room. Clean facility. Staff were amazing and responsive. Variety of breakfast options including hot foods. Well worth it!"

"The room was filthy and then I was asked to check in after 6pm until they could clean another room because they were all sold out and refused me a refund! Then never gave me a deposit back and said I stain a sheet over the phone after inquiring about the refund two months later."

"Excellent stay"

"Very nice place"

"Clean room nice location but small room"

"Beautiful and amazing experience!!"

"Room outdated"

"Great hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, fancy, and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly upon arrival, and the staff even opened and closed the doors for guests entering and leaving, which was a nice touch. However, the only issue we experienced was during Youmacon, a costume convention that happened to fall on Halloween this year. I wouldn't recommend staying here during the convention based on our experience. The hotel staff were aware of the convention, and we even asked...

"Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay."
