Awesome hotel, great staff, excellent location too! Valet is a bit pricey but definitely worth it and the guys are great who help you in pack your luggage and make it super easy!

There was no coffee pods in the hotel for the Keurig only decaf. Room service didn’t come until 4 or so so we didn’t get our room cleaned 1 day. Staff at front desk didn’t explain anything about hotel amenities like restaurant times or anything just told us how to use the key card and sent us in our way. Very expensive for way you get. Confused on room rate thought it was under $300 per night and was charged 374 per night plus all fees

The property was located right off Broadway which was nice. However upon arriving the staff was unhelpful. Delayed check in for an hour and a half. Had friends call to have a bottle of wine delivered to us. It never arrived nor did the hotel mention any communication of this. At 8:30am someone starting using a saw to work on something within hotel. It was wild. They could really use some help and training in the customer service department. We slept there, that’s all. Would probably stay somewhere else next time due to poor service.

Great historic hotel. We had a problem with our hot water and our safe didn’t work but both were addressed immediately. Entrance/exit has 6-8 steps. There is a handicapped entrance but lugging luggage up/ down steps was not great and we didn’t see the had capped entrance until we left. Awesome location close to Broadway.

It's a very good location and the staff were fine. The cost was a little lower than some hotels so maybe that's why people gave it such high marks. But it's definitely not a hotel worth a 9.2 overall rating - a 8.5 is more in line given the condition of the property. See my photos of worn rugs in the main foyer and the dingy reception area. Valet parking is $59/nt and an Old Fashioned at the bar was $25 without tip. They lure you in with a lower room rate and then upcharge you on everything else. Fyi $20/day parking is available one block north at the public library.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Easy to walk to all the attractions and bars. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning because it was delicious easy comfortable, and great service. The lounge had a nice music playing most nights, and it was again great service and comfortable. The rooms are tight but I have everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We were surprise we couldn’t hear the noise from Broadway. On our first day, sitting in the lobby the GM came by to see how we were doing and gave us lots of tips and information about Nashville. So nice. Thank you for a nice three night stay!

Nice hotel, I’d stay again. Friendly and helpful staff. However - check in was very poor. Friday night and the room was still not ready until 4:15PM. While we waited the staff mislabeled our luggage and we had trouble finding it once the room was ready. One elevator was not working. Not great going into a weekend. Lobby toilet was blocked.

Check in was not easy. Staff wasn't very accommodating. Was locked out of hotel on Friday night since the key they gave me wasn't coded properly. No one came to door or responded to the call button. Had to wait for another guest to leave hotel to get in. Great location. Valet service was excellent.

The beautiful boutique hotel was so convenient to downtown. It was far enough from Broadway that it was very quiet. The restaurant and bar staff were very accommodating and friendly! The front desk and valet staff were amazing! My friend loved the bed pillows and I found the beds very comfortable. My only complaint is elevator took very long to get to the lobby and would sometimes go to every floor and in the wrong direction.

Great location. Walkable to downtown but away from all the noise. Hotel staff were friendly and mostly helpful.

I found that the property was not handicap accessible and that you could not wheel out a luggage cart and had to pick up and walk the luggage to curb side. I also put a request through for a special occasion and that was not even looked at upon arrival. Hard to understand one of the reservation employees at check in.

Parking was horrible. The valet people would not give us our keys when asked. Room was clean and quiet. Due to parking experience would probably not stay here again.

Great historic property in wonderful location. Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff was great particularly bartender Johnny Woo - what a character:-) Would recommend coffee in lobby 24/7
