When we originally got there the sink in our bathroom did not work. They were able to fix it. The lobby shop is overpriced and the prices are incorrect. This hotel is not the most family friendly or clean but if you want to be on broadway near all the attractions then this works.

Our stay was amazing! The resort is so huge, one could go on vacation and just stay here the entire trip! Staff was great, very accommodating with any request.

Bed had a large stain, I did not receive my credit for the Go Green even though the front desk said I will get it, typical breakfast is usually included with staying at the hotel but it was not and charged $15 for watered down orange juice and frozen fruits.
