"We were delayed at Narita 24 hours due to a Typhoon. We stayed at a Narita airport hotel the night earlier which was fine, but needed to move to ANA due to no room at the other hotel. ANA right from the check in process to the check out process was excellent!! We had our two young kids with us, and were a bit tired and hungry. The front desk manager who checked us in had our bags taken to our room, and we were able to check in early and enjoy a nice lunch at their lobby restaurant. Again, everyone was super friendly at the restaurant and food was excellent. That evening, we spoiled ourselves with their delicious tempanyaki restaurant on the 17th floor. Again, excellent food, service and the view was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, some of the best pillows we have had in Japan (not a fan of Japanese pillows). To top it off, we were granted a late check out time for our 6pm flight back to Canada. So thankful to have had a very restful and relaxing 24 hour extension at ANA. Well done to their whole team."
