"We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. We found the hotel several times but had no answer. Oh and one more thing, I booked this because Expedia stated that it was 4.4km from the airport, perfect for me to catch my flight the next morning. "Staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Particularly The chef Don Philip, Kanchana the executive in the F&B team who went beyond their best to delight us during our long stay at the hotel. Irfan, in the room service team in 16th floor put lot of effort in keeping our apartment clean and tidy every day during our stay."
