Great place in Naples

No elevator which wasnt great but it was walkable everywhere. It felt cozy. Breakfast was at a cafe nearby. It was a little weird there was no reception but directions was texted over whatsapp and was clear. Good stay, and AC worked. I just didnt care for Naples as much. Did not feel totally safe. The gates for the hotel made me feel better but walking home wasnt amazing at night.

Absolutely beautiful room tucked away off two main streets. Not the easiest driving situation, but once the car is parked you can reach many wonderful locations by foot including the botanical garden, the duomo, and lots of great restaurants.

Just outside the hubbub of tourist areas but still convenient both to the train station and museums and shopping. Cleanest and most modern of the three places we stayed on our Italian trip. Only complaints were communication was a little difficult due to using WhatsApp for conversation and the bed needed replacing badly but that's something landlords don't know unless someone tells them

The property was in a great location within walking distance of many places my partner and I enjoyed touring. However, they tell you to contact the property prior to check in and Daniela didn’t respond until we had already arrived at the Naples airport. We were worried the place may be a scam. The first night we didn’t have any warm or hot water for showers and figured maybe we were taking one late and there was no warm water left. I messaged Daniela and received no response. The next day, no warm water. It was extremely disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. There were no check out instructions and we were uncertain if Daniela would respond but she did and we were able to check out properly and she was nice to let us leave our luggage at the b&b for two hours after check out. Overall, Daniela was a sweet host however communication was lacking. I really wish she would have addressed there being no warm/hot water. Regardless, this b&b was in a good location and has potential to be much better if communication issues are resolved.

The property is really nice and the host is super helpful. The surrounding area can be a bit intimidating if you are not used to being a bit off the beaten track but looks can be deceiving and there weren’t any issues.

Amazing stay. It was very clean, comfortable and a big space for two people. The owner was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of help and recommendations as we needed. It was nice and cool inside, a must in this hot summer! The coffee shop close by had several good options for a light breakfast. The B&B is close to several popular food spots and walking to the downtown core where the touristy spots are can be done in less than 25 min. 10/10 would recommend. Grazie mille!

The room was clean and spacious. The property manager was always available online whenever we had questions. We generally enjoyed our stay and were happy with our room. FYI. The electricity went out for two nights in a row, but it could be just a coincidence, and in any case the hotel management cannot influence that anyway. The same goes for the loud noises at night, the hotel cannot really change that either, but just be aware of that — although, it could just be the same throughout the whole city. Also, please pay attention to the city tax, those charges on your receipt that are supposed to be paid at the property may be subject to change.

After staying here, I learned I prefer having a front desk attendant available. All questions were answered through WhatsApp. City taxes are expected to be left in cash at the end of your stay. The Google location searching by business name isn’t right. You need to enter the exact numerical address or you’ll be lead somewhere else by Google Maps. I know this because I got lost after dinner. The entrance isn’t very clear because it’s through a stairway in a gated courtyard. A taxi to here from the airport was 25 euro. A croissant and either juice or coffee is complementary with the provided breakfast ticket at a place down the street but when I bought 1 additional juice, they charged me for 4 items. I don’t know if it was an honest mistake. Regardless, it was a hassle having to confront them about it and they didn’t refund me correctly. So I ended up overcharged.

Great new BnB in the heart of Naples

This place was an amazing find! Brand new and it looks (and smells) beautiful. Daniela the host looked after us impeccably, giving us attentive advice from the moment our flight landed in Naples, right up until leaving when she offered to call us a taxi. The location is great. About a 15 min walk from Central Station (though if you have luggage to carry, the €25 for a taxi from the airport is definitely the more comfortable option, as the roads in Naples are all cobbled and make it hard to lug around a heavy case!) The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, not needing to catch a bus or taxi once except for when we left via the port. The rooms are clean, spacious and stylish with high ceilings and a really luxurious feel to them. Beautiful bathroom. Basic breakfast each morning. The one thing we wanted for was a kettle for tea, but the rooms do come with a little coffee machine and a microwave. Daniela even let us leave our big luggage there for a few days while we island hopped down south. So professional and warm. Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay there again next time we're in Naples.

Quarto muito bom e confortável, difícil acesso

Pra quem está com muitas malas e de carro é bem complicado, subir muitas escadas até o segundo andar, na rua não da pra encostar o carro, muito apertada com todo o caos de Napoles. Mas tem o charme de um prédio antigo de Napoles . Dentro o espaço todo reformado bem limpo e bonito. O quarto é enorme e muito gostoso com cafeteira, banherio muito bom. Café da manhã fraco com diretio a um croissant e um café disponível em um estabelecimento próximo.

Aprés le passage par une cour négligée, l' hôtel est bien rénové (dans un immeuble ancien). La chambre est spacieuse, amménagée avec goût et très calme. La literie est confortable, l'air conditionné est appréciable. L'ensemble (chambre et sanitaire) est d'une trés grande propreté. L'accueil s'est fait par téléphone mais sans problème. Nous avons juste aperçu la sympathique Daniela pour les formalités le lendemain, mais nous disposons de son téléphone en cas de besoin. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour joindre à pied les quartiers historiques, le métro et la gare. Le petit déjeuner pris dans un bar via Foria est une expérience interessante. Au total un séjour trés positif, un bon rapport prix/qualité. Une adresse trés recommandable.

Da wir schon etwas älter sind, hätte in der Beschreibung stehen müssen, dass man 4 Treppen in die zweite Etage klettern muss. Mit schwerem Gepäck ist das eine Zumutung. Ich finde es auch schade, dass man dort keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner hat. Nur per Whats app und mit Codenummern. Fragwürdig?????
