"Hotel very convenient as it just outside the JR exit. Room size may be a bit smaller but luggage can put under the bed. Bathroom a bit small but have a small bathtub. Weird thing is Air Con temperature can’t be adjusted as it a centralised. So sometime at night sleeping feel a bit hot. Over all is okay "

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very convenient, with hot springs plus complimentary ramen and drinks every evening. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever encountered in over 20 years of travelling. A special mention to the chef at the ramen bar: we arrived very late with a tired toddler, right at closing time, and she kindly made us a special vegetarian ramen. She even remembered us each night after — incredibly sweet and thoughtful. The hotel is also very kid-friendly, with toys and everything you need for a toddler. The reception team went above and beyond, especially when helping us recover a pushchair that had already been collected by Amazon’s courier just one day before our flight. Thanks to their dedication, it was returned to us the same day. We’re truly grateful to the team (especially those were helping us on the pushchair return) for such outstanding care and hospitality."

"It’s on a great spot!! Right off the Nanba stn, around many other popular spots for shopping and offers good amenities as well. The room condition was great and was big enough for three people with two suitcases. :) "

"Spotless room, gorgeous building and great walk ability. That’s kind of par for the course for the area but here as well. Restaurants next door a little bit or miss but they do take painfully long to serve just keep that in mind."

"Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner. Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay. Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home. Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel. Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise. "
