"The hotel is down a quiet side street so noise was not a problem. The hotel although budget price had the friendliest of staff who were very helpful . There was a great breakfast menu with smoothies, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs etc The rooms were fine with good air con and great bathrooms. The only downside was the beds are very firm but otherwise comfortable. Complementary tea and coffee in the rooms so had a kettle and fridge. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel if uou ate travelling on a budget"

"Quality showed in everything. I had a corner room on 30th floor. Well worth thr extra money to be abke to see city from one window and mountains on the other. All tbe extra touches made me feel valued as a customer. I will seek out this brand more often."

"We stayed during a slightly quiet period (second week of Jan during the weekday) so got upgraded to a slightly larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. There was an outdoor bath tub facing the view of the ocean and water park. Couldn't fault the rooms, only minor irritation was the king bed that has been put together with two twins and they use that padding to hold it together, so there's this feeling of a split in the middle. The food at breakfast was huge. The variety was good and there was an egg station and hot noodle station. The service was good as well and everyone there was very polite and accommodating. Now the water parks. We got access to both the indoor and outdoor water parks during our stay. The indoor water park was a bit unique in that it had a sort of roller coaster water ride. That was probably the highlight of the indoor one. The outdoor one ... Looked like it was definitely just for kids ? We didn't end up using it. No biggie. It was an add on perk we got. The hotel had 3 restaurants. We went to the Blue for the seafood bbq buffet on Friday and the Japanese sushi one for Thursday. Both are fairly decent restaurants. Only downside to this resort is that it is outside of Da Nang, and it'll take you a good 20 mins and 200k vn to get to the city."

"We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place. "

Scalp massage was amazing and heated pool was nice. Food was delicious. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy this place some more! Highly recommend!"
