"The room location and the two pools were great. We had a swim-up room. The rooms could definitely use some updating. The bed was very hard / firm. We requested extra pillows and the accommodated us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is located from one side of the island to the other side. I would definitely stay here again because of the pools and the location. The loud music at night from the other end of the beach was not bad at all. "

"For a nice hotel, they were pretty stingy with the water and other advertised features that were not quite as expected. Transportation to and from the airport for example was not included despite this having been one of the selling features during booking. Beautiful view, good activities at the resort, nice staff. Food options coild be improved. "
