Very walkable location. We felt safe walking around at night. Everywhere is easy to walk to and beautiful to look at.

Ann Frank house — close walk to this site. I highly recommend getting tickets.

"Hotel is in a very good condition. Pool was nice for the kids. Location is great to explore Amsterdam but also the country side by car (free parking). To get to the city there is a combination of hotel shuttle (2.5 EUR per person) and ferry (free). This gets you to the city in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is not cheap but delicious. Overall, we were very happy (family of 4 with 2 daughters (8 years old)."
