"The staff so really helpful and accommodating, the the bell hops at the main entrance, the reception staff (really helpful) to the waiting staff in the restaurant - they all made sure you were looked after and were very attentive to what ever you needed. Special mention to the little Pizzeria place down the bottom as you go down the escalators… life saver when the restaurant is closed and love the burgers (must try)."
