From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore Hoi An. Our room was comfortable and nicely presented, although the style and decor weren’t quite to our personal taste. The only minor issue we experienced was with the shower, which was positioned over the bath and wouldn’t switch across to the tap. It wasn’t a major problem for us, especially as we were only staying for a short layover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. The excellent staff and convenient location really stood out for us. Would we stay again? Yes — particularly for a short stay or layover. If there was somewhere we preferred for the same price, we might choose that, but we’d have no hesitation staying here again. A good option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Hoi An with genuinely lovely staff. 👍"
