"We booked the house with my kids and family from airport to the house and we got surprise. The house was rented to someone else and the agent we can talk with her and she said there’s nothing she can do. She left us just like that very bad experience and it cost me thousand dollars to manage another property had a last-minute. "

"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "We could not ask for a more perfect Riad in Marrakesh! The staff are what make this experience so worthwhile. At every turn they are there to help you whether it’s recommending an authentic dinner spot or helping you get the best price when shopping in the Souks. The location is perfect and is less than a 10-20 minute walk to all major tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and well kept, the colorful light spilling into your room every afternoon made the space so special. Again I will say that the staff go above and beyond to make your time in Marrakesh extraordinary. When we return to Marrakesh we will be staying here again."

"Savoy was amazing, the property was very well maintained and the staff provided stellar customer service. It was in a prime location making traveling to our tours very easy. The daily breakfast was such a nice touch the options were endless and very tasty. I would definitely recommend Savoy for your upcoming stay in Marakesh. One area of opportunity, the pool closed very early! Extended pool hours is highly recommended. "
