"This is a beautiful property with the Coloniel architecture preserved AND frosty air conditioning in the rooms and suites. The bathrooms are updated with rainfall shower heads. I stayed in a King suite which was very comfortable and had a long balcony accessible from both the bedroom and the second room. "Water was dispensed minimally, with cat feces and pee stains on bedding. Holes in ceiling fir pests or bugs to enter. Door looked as if previous forced entry occurred. Towels and washcloths were dirty. Only one TV in suite. Sofa and couch was old and dirty."

"Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed."

"Location is pretty good, and the staff weee very helpful. The only downside: I stayed for 3 nights. One of the nights, the next door restaurant-bar, or whatever it is, had super loud music/bass booming until 1:00am. It was very hard to sleep that night."
