"Had an amazing time while visiting the Czech Republic from the U.S. The Grandezza was great and the staff were amazing. Front desk gave me great recomendations for places to shop and eat. And the location was perfect to see all of the sights in Brno. A quick walk from the bus or train station. Live music right out front in the square, great cafes and restaurants all around. "Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. The staff was helpful with evey one of our requests and breakfast was amazing, almost overwhelmingly with all the possibilities. I usually just eat cereal and fruit, which they had, but they also had eggs, salad, cheeses, breads and so on. If you are ever in Brno this is The Place To Stay! Yes!!!!"

"First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus."

"We were blown away by this gorgeous apartment! The suite was absolutely beautiful. Could not get over the stunning view that overlooked the square which was just so lovely. It had the perfect amount of amenities for our four night stay. We fell in love with Brno, and this stay definitely factored in. You will not be disappointed!"

"Great value, good location, excellent staff. We were able to park in the courtyard, although I messaged 3 x to reserve a spot as requested. Seems that Goodnite dont respond to messages via hotels.com app. Other slight negatives: the windows in our room were huge and the curtains didn't fit properly. Also, one was half off its rail. No ventilation in bathroom and use of air fresheners throughout the hotel is not pleasant. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay."
