"Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. I loved the room and the bathroom, however it will be nice if the owner can put a kettle, selection of coffee/tea and a cup for hot beverages in the room. "

"Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. "The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"From checking in to leaving after spending Christmas in the Grand Palace was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone. We had a Loft Room on the 5th Floor, this was spacious and also had a Water Jet Bath, Nespresso Machine, Mini Bar and Chocolates curtesy of the management. From start to finish the staff at the hotel stood out as exceptional. From Katarina on Reception (my Honey Sweet partner) to Jaroslav and Andre in the Lobby Bar / Restaurant to Ameliia Hosting the Breakfasts which were amazing in the mornings. Would I stay at this hotel on my next trip to Brno, without a shadow of doubt :-)"
