"The rooms are equipped with microwaves, keurig machine, hair dryer, and ironing boards. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit too soft for what I'm use to. My daughters were very disappointed because the site states that there is a pool but they do not have one. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Overall it's a nice hotel to stay at."

"I had a stay booked just for 1 night because my daughter had surgery scheduled for the next day. I stupidly failed to read all the reviews because if I had I never would have booked here. Her surgery was canceled at the last minute so I had to cancel our booking. When expedia was trying to contact for a refund for me they wouldn't answer. When I called them, they answered but I spoke to the most rude man. He kept interrupting every time I spoke and never let me finish a sentence. He told me expedia had to handle it. But they couldn't because he wouldn't pick up for them! Finally I got an email today saying they got ahold of the property but they refuse to give a refund. I literally had no control over this happening, it was due to a medical reason and they still refuse to give a refund. Which after reading reviews, seems to be a trend. This place scams people out of their money and then treats them like crap when they call. Absolutely would not recommend to ANYONE."

"Parking was easy. The bed was really uncomfortable and way too soft. My husband and I sank to the middle. They need to replace these old beds. We stayed one night and that was good enough. There was no soap in the bathroom and they couldn’t find any anywhere in the hotel. Then the front desk guy somehow found one bar. It was odd. This place was clean though so that was a plus "

"My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Bala Cynwyd was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every single staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It truly made the experience stand out. The property itself is top-tier, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I felt safe throughout my entire stay, which made it even more relaxing. The facilities offered plenty of space to walk, sit, read, and simply enjoy the beautiful views. Breakfast was another highlight, hot, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. I want to give a special shoutout to Ed, the Building Engineer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his kindness. It’s not often you come across someone so attentive and personable, and he made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be back!"
