"Wafaifo is a new resort hotel in Hoi An and as such its cleanliness was expeceted and delivered. Staff were very friendly even though they struggled with their English at times. Pool, breakfast and spa were all good. A better rotation of b/f items would be helpful to long stay customers and a wider dining menu would also be nice. These were said without any discredit to the staff.

"very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them."

"Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin par un bus de nuit, la chambre n'était pas libre, ce qui était normal mais nous avons été accueillis les bras ouverts et avons pu emprunter les vélos gratuitement pour aller admirer le levé du soleil.
Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse et se plient en 4 pour que le séjour se passe bien. Ils sont très généreux et nous ont invité à manger. Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners sur place, super bons !
Les hôtes nous ont conseillé sur les sorties à faire....
