"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Graphy Shibuya and would gladly recommend it to others visiting Tokyo. One of the highlights of our experience was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. They consistently went above and beyond to help us with any questions or requests, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
We also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. Instead of providing unnecessary amenities in every room, toiletries were available in the lobby for guests to take as needed, which we thought was a thoughtful and sustainable touch.
The hotel offers several great amenities, including a rooftop lounge with drinks, a smoking area, and a pool table. The space had a great atmosphere, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy it during our trip. The WiFi was also fast and reliable, which made planning our days and staying connected very convenient.
Our room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable, with a sofa couch that provided extra room to relax after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the toilet could have been cleaner, as we noticed some yellow stains around the toilet bowl. Aside from that minor issue, we had a very enjoyable stay."
