"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"Hotel was in a great location close to downtown Kingston with a lovely view of the water. Studio room was clean and spacious and the king bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and the hot breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Kingston, Ontario."

"The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub...

"The waterslide was working which was a hit with the kids. The hallways were noisy as the room doors are not properly sealed so all the hall noise leaks into the rooms. Otherwise a clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. "

I was panicking and scrambling to find a hotel just before my flight to Ontario. They assured me that they would credit the amount back to me upon cancelling the booking. "It is a decent property with nice and clean rooms. However, if you are a person with disabilities, you should avoid this. The room size it big but not very easy to move around. The same with washroom - the door is too small for any wheelchair to pass. "
