Place is nice, our room had a good size, the only thing is that our room smelled a lot of food. Someone cooked some kind of indian food or something that the smell was all over the furniture and bedding. Other than that staff was super friendly. Breakfast was okay, not the best to be honest.

Excellent Hotel Just Outside Kingston

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was new, clean, comfortable room and bed. The desk staff were extra helpful and really cared about our stay details. The breakfast was quite good, and the fitness area was a welcome option. Quiet and streamlined.

We were able to make a nice little dinner . The kitchenette is perfect. Very comfortable. The coffee, however, was one of the worst I have tasted. Everything else was great!

Front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Suite was very clean and had everything needed and lots of space. There are many seating areas around hotel to sit and have a quiet coffee. Breakfast has a few timing issues to work out at the buffet. Overall a great property to stay at!

New building, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is good enough of course. The only downside is that the traffic circle on the road by the hotel has one blocked access. Albeit temporary the traffic cuts through the hotel parking lot and does not always do so cautiously. Maybe slow signs should be posted through the parking lot.

The hotel is clean and modern with plenty of free parking. The location is excellent for us as we came to watch our granddaughter's ringette tournament and the hotel is minutes from the arena. Brittany Cormier was welcoming, helpful, friendly and accommodating - 10/10 for customer service as she made us feel at home. Our room is spacious and comfortable - 2 very comfortable queen size beds and a kitchenette. We like the coffee machine in the lobby. There is a plaza close by with plenty of restaurants though if you have some dietary restrictions or simply prefer to make your own meals, you can easily do so in the kitchenette - pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cutlery available, and the full-size fridge will store your groceries. We are very happy we booked this hotel, nothing really to complain about.

Nice Hotel but uncomfortable beds

The hotel is kind of confusing. You have two hotels combined in one building. The Holiday Inn is also housed in the same place.If you are a holiday Inn guess you get free breakfast but if you are a Candlelight guess there is no breakfast.This does not make sense.Pool is quite small.The beds are noisy and too soft.Eveytime you turn there is an annoying squeaking dound coming from the box spring.I can't understand why they will have corrugated cardboard box springs in a hotel.I am in the mattress industry and know that is the cheapest box spring in the market.I left there with a sore back.The mattresses are way too soft and sinking too much for my liking.
