I went with a friend for Oktoberfest in Munich but didn’t want to pay city prices; so that’s how we chose this. Pros: Price. Very quiet. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Lovely neighborhood. The restaurant right down the road (Swagatram, I think) was delicious. Bus stop right out front. Very clean. Cons: Check in time (4pm-6pm) is a bit inconvenient. Check out is at 10am. WiFi essentially nonexistent, cell signal spotty. Wish it were slightly closer to either Olching or Furstenfeldbruck. I’d stay there again.

Einfaches Hotel mit Abstrichen

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte gebucht. Es wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass in der gesamten Zeit nicht geputzt würde, die Handtücher nicht gewechselt würden und die Betten selbst gemacht werden sollten, um einen günstigen Preis für die Übernachtung zu erhalten. Das war leider nicht der Hotelstandard, den wir gewohnt sind. Positiv war die gute Lage des Hotels, das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war einfach, dafür preiswert und insgesamt in Ordnung.

Wir haben die Unterkunft online kurz nach 18 Uhr für die Nacht gebucht. Als wir um 19 Uhr am Hotel ankamen, fanden wir lediglich die Nachricht vor, dass ein Check-In nur von 16-18 Uhr möglich ist. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen, lediglich der Anrufbeantworter sprang an. Somit hatten wir keine Unterkunft für die gebuchte Nacht.

good hotel

Clean and friendly environment. Good shower. Very clean. Friendly people, must let them know if you come late, but was no problem at all. Someone was there to let us in. Good breakfast not expensive. They do not have the restaurant open every evening. Plenty of other choices in the area We actually ate in Munich and then went to the hotel. This hotel is not very far from Dachau. Easy to get into Munich.

Geht so

Betten in Ordnung, Bad WC könnte sauberer sein, Heizung musste erst aufgedreht werden, leider war das hauseigene Gasthaus nicht in Betrieb, hatten wegen früher Abreise auch kein Frühstück, sonst alles etwas improvisiert, Preis/Leistung naja, aber keine drei Sterne.

Exploring Munich & Austria

We had a good stay. Room was very clean and looked exactly like the picture advertised. You know because most of them are pictures from when the hotel first opened. We had our own bathroom which was nice. Bathroom was small but better than most hotel with a shared bathroom overseas. Located in a small town. We walked around, ate at a nearby Italian place and visited the local store. Place is located outside of the city which was perfect because we planned to tour Munich one day and did a day trip to Austria the next day.

Netter Landgasthof mit bayrischem Ambiente

Gute Lage, freie Parkplätze im Hof, eine nette Wirtsstube im Haus, aber auch verschiedene Lokale und ein Eissalon in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, ebenso Bäckerei, Apotheke und Supermarkt. Helle, saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal und sehr gute Bayrische Küche im hauseigenen Wirtshaus.

Der Landgasthof liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, verfügt über ein gutes Restaurant und einen schönen Biergarten an der Amper. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber gewesen.

Camera freddissima

Arrivati in albergo alle 19 camera freddissima . Abbiamo chiesto del perché ci è stato detto che avremmo noi dovuto aprire le manopole dei termosifoni !!! Alle nostre rimostranze il titolare ci ha trattato malissimo con gesti e pochissime parole in inglese ( diceva italiani non ok ecc ecc ) . Anche avendo aperto le manopole il riscaldamento non era nemmeno tiepido. Abbiamo dormito con i cappotti . stamattina la stessa cosa . In camera mancanza di carta monouso ( c’era solo la scatola vuota ) condizioni igieniche discutibili .

Nettes Landhotel

Das Landhotel Grätz ist in unmittelbarer Ortsmitte und gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind einige im Hof vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist reichlich vorhanden und sehr schmackhaft - gut ist auch, dass es im Gebäude noch die Wirtschaft gibt, bei der Mittagstisch und Abendessen ebenfalls möglich ist. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Das bewohnte EZ war großzügig, die Betten sind bequem. Leider ist kein Aufzug vorhanden, weswegen ich deswegen keinen Smiley vergeben konnte; ansonsten ist das Hotel durchaus zu empfehlen.

OK hotel but not three star

This was a transit stop before going to the Munich airport. It worked OK but is not three stars as it has some negatives that you would expect in a three start hotel. Firstly it has no elevator so big bags need to be carried up stairs. Next check in time of 4.00 pm is enforced. The front door remains locked until then. .
