As if our visit to Mexico City was not fantastic enough, Casa Cleo made it that much better. The hotel was fashionably, tastefully and invitingly comfortable, and hotel’s location in La Condesa was absolutely fitting. We cannot wait to return to CDMX, and we will not think twice about where we will be staying and returning to Casa Cleo. Highly, highly recommend!"

The room was super clean, spacious and decorated well. Olivia the housekeeper was kind and diligent. It’s not a hotel with a ton of amenities (gym, pool etc), but the location and the people who work there make it feel perfect.

"The property was great but some of the furnishings were not very good. 2 of the dinning room chairs and 2 of the island stools were extremely wobbly. One of the chairs even broke entirely under the weight of someone in my group. The bed, the toilet seat, and the bathroom sink were all very crookedly installed in the queen bedroom of my accommodation.
