"Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. "The welcome at reception was very friendly with plenty of useful advice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bar was a pleasure and the breakfast/coffee room was well supplied. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay and only a ten minute walk to the town centre. Highly recommended."

"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far."
