This is not a Hotel

We visited Zeno during vacation and expected a “apartment hotel” but is not a hotel - it is a privately owned nursery home who rent out empty apartments. You pick up your breakfast in the nursery home dining room, and are asked to eat in your room. Our room was dirty. Reception lady was very friendly trying to help. Not at all what we expected and we were embarrassed to enter “other people’s” home and feel a kind of disrespect just walking in/out privacy of older and not healthy residents.

Bewertung Bilder alt. Wir kamen zu spät an, um uns noch ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Wir reisen viel, aber so etwas grenzt bewusst an Betrug!

Rummet / studion var jättefin och det var rent. Stor balkong och tyst läge nära centrum. Men det ligger inne i ett seniorboende. Reception öppen för check in endast mellan 16-19 vilket gör det svårt att passa in. Trevlig personal.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, jedoch konnten wir nicht gut schlafen weil die Matratze zu dünn war. Der Unterbau (Holzlatten) war sehr deutlich zu spüren.
