"Easy check in"

"Buona colazione e parcheggio comodo"

"Liked everything except the green insects that was flying around. I know it’s the season but the problem is solvable with installing insect nets on windows"

"Habitaciones limpias personal muy amable"

"The hotel is a beautiful, clean and stands out through its history, beautiful architecture and priceless, unique decor. Services provided are excellent! I highly recommend Hotel Accademia, and I will definitely be back!"

"Das Crowne Plaza Verona-Fiera liegt direkt an der A4/A22-Ausfahrt (Messegelände), hat über 120 eigene, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und keinerlei ZTL-Problematik, da es außerhalb der Altstadt liegt. "Pretty good as a solo traveler, the bus also stops literally in front of the hotel to go downtown which was very convenient."

"Tutto perfetto"

"The bathtubs are old and need to be replaced, rust marks and mold around the tub."

"Amazing hotel and staff. Couldn’t do enough to make your stay brilliant. Well located and great facilities."

Instead of offering assistance, staff repeatedly referred me back to Expedia. I spent over an hour calling Expedia’s US customer service from Italy. Most disappointing was the lack of customer care! Even after raising my concerns directly, I received no apology, compensation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I...
