"Am enchanted place just a few hundred meters outside of Chamonix. The room was big and comfortable, with a very nice terrace. The place was incredibly silent and immersed in the forest, nearby a roaring river. "
"We loved our stay here while on the Tour du Mont Blanc. We opted to take a short bus ride from the trail to the hotel and really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautifully updated and clean. Argentiere was fun to walk around and we had a fantastic dinner at Stone Bar.
Additionally, the breakfast at Hôtel de la Couronne was delicious and filling for our day of hiking. "

"This property is pretty much perfect as a solo traveller, it is definitely on the lower cost of properties in the town but this does not mean it is unwelcoming, uncomfortable or cold.
The room very much reminded me of my university days, small but functional.
Breakfast was just right to start the day, with a typical continental fare and dont miss out on a hard boiled egg.
Coffee is available all day long and the honesty bar for beer, wine and soft drinks is a life saver.
I wouldn't hesitate...

"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...
