"Hotel staff were great room could do with a bit of a touchup and the breakfast seating could do with organising as on our first morning a family of four could not get a table together as groups of two were sitting at the bigger tables. Great positioning for the trains and the arena and a variety of restaurants around."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Paris. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the peaceful atmosphere after long days sightseeing. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again on my next visit. "From the 1st day to the last everything was perfect , the staff amazing"

"The place was centrally located. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Bercy station is a minute’s walk away. There is a safe, gated public car park next to the hotel that costs €30 a day. There are convenience shops close by as well. There are also plenty of restaurants next door that stay open until 1 a.m. All major attractions are within 30 minutes by Metro."

"Hotel is a bit out in the sticks but there is public transport close by. Room was very basic and clean could maybe do with a fresh lick of paint but the bed was comfy. After the mix up with the rooms which ended up with us entering an occupied room the staff were very helpful to fix the error which took 3 attempts to actually get us a room that was free !"
