"This is a very convenient hotel to stay at. It's 1 minute away from the train station, and it's surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and willing to support as needed. The room is cleaned every day, if requested.
I have no complains at all, I spent 10 days and everything ran well.

"The beds are very comfortable, the location is great and we had great views towards the river.
The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options including Japanese food which was a plus being our first visit to Japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful and provided great service.
I’ll definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Osaka.
