"Staff and check-in was very pleasant. Room was clean and nice. The bar and restaurant area was really nice. Had breakfast in the restaurant and that was very good! Definitely would stay here again. Easy walking distance to downtown Dells."

"The main areas were dirty, security in the area was nonexistent, the doors were accessible to anyone not staying at the hotel, and the hot tub was in terrible condition."

"Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the amenities did not work- our tv and remote were not working , laundry was not working , we had to plug the fridge and microwave in ourselves . Overall we did enjoy it mostly because we got all the space to ourselves . "
