"Black Hawk Motel & Suites is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They treat you like you're part of their family. Always our first choice when we go the Dells. Rooms are super clean and the service is amazing. Super friendly staff and very hard working. Love parking right next to the room door. Outdoor pool is the best!! Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna great as well. Grill, snack/soda machines, and ice maching nice added touches. Walking distance to downtown or Uber works too. Great place to unwind for a couple of days or longer."

"My family stay at Mt Olympus was absolutely terrible. The staff acted as though it was their first day on the job, literally everyone knew nothing nor how to get anywhere. While booking our stay it gave description that our hotel room would be 2-5 min walk to the amusement park and water park, wrong, more like a 25min walk, and maybe that is what they meant to write! We didn’t even stay the whole weekend, my husband purchased the Ultimate party package for our son, and what a waste of $100 my goodness they gave him everything we could have gotten from the dollar Tree! We will not be back and I recommend no family there"

"The room was clean. The lighting was not great in the room. Good luck getting ready by the light over the mirror and the sink did not have a stopper. The check in waiver is a little odd. They need to do a better job of explaining why you have to sign a release. (They own other properties which do have water attractions."
