I did send the email and requested the early check in and advised them of when I expected to arrive. I received no response from the hotel. ..."

Hôtel Ruby Foo's
"Staff were very pleasant and free parking was great. We only had one housecoat, one washcloth, one water glass in a double room. No rubber mat for the bath tub which was slippery. No stir sticks or sugar for the coffee. Otherwise room was comfortable and temperature was good."
