Premetto che fra viaggi di piacere e viaggi di lavoro dormo in hotel o b&b 50/60 volte l'anno. Mai mi è capitato di trovare del personale così inadeguato, nemmeno negli angoli più remoti e sperduti dell'asia! In fase di checkout ho dovuto "forzare" il receptionista per pagare! Voleva farmi pagare solo i 2 euro della tassa di soggiorno senza il costo del pernottamento...con il senno di poi avrei dovuto accettare, ma l'onestà paga sempre, anche di fronte a degli incapaci del genere!

La struttura gode di una posizione eccellente, perfetta per rilassarsi nel modo giusto. Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente professionale e cordiale. Il potenziale della struttura è davvero elevato, e il ristorante specializzato in bistecche è risultato una piacevole sorpresa, con piatti davvero eccellenti. Unico margine di miglioramento: sarebbe stato utile ricevere una ricevuta dettagliata della cena in albergo, indicante almeno l’importo speso e il peso effettivo della bistecca. Inoltre, pur essendo il periodo di Pasqua, al momento della prenotazione non ci era stato comunicato che il ristorante sarebbe rimasto chiuso la sera di Pasqua. A parte queste piccole note, la struttura resta assolutamente consigliata.

Genial für einen Zwischenhalt

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel für Italienreisende. Von der Schweiz bis Kalabrien genau auf halber Strecke gelegen. Man muss nicht mal von der Autobahn. Das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer einfach aber sehr bequem ausgestattet. Sehr sauber! Das Essen im Hotel sehr gut! Schnell serviert und auch dort, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Wir kommen wieder😜👍

A gem of a place near a remote train station

Grifo is very close to the train station in Montepulciano. It has 2 very relaxing gardens that can be used to eat or read outside. There is a fantastic pizzeria nearby that makes the whole experience very Italian!

Il Grifo Hotel

Hotel comodissimo, perchè è accessibile direttamente dall'area di sosta sull'autostrada senza dover uscire e con un suo parcheggio. Ha un ristorante ( Bisteccheria Toscana) dove abbiamo mangiato carne alla griglia molto buona. La camera era comoda e pulita.

Very Nice Hotel in a Convenient Location.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was also fairly priced and tasty. Good location to tour Tuscany and would recommend it to friends and family.

si mangia benissimo, ottima carne. la posizione è strategica, sei sull' autostrada, entri all' area di servizio di Montepulciano e arrivi diritto all' albergo. Grosso modo sei a un' ora da firenze ed ad un ora da roma. personale molto gentile e attento alle richieste. sicuramente ripeterò l' esperienza. ottimo per chi vuole spezzare un viaggio lungo. la tagliata di filetto tenerissima accompagnata con un ottimo vino locale di Montepulciano. Strepitosa la focaccia con un saporitissimo olio d' oliva . Qualità prezzo molto interessante

Sehr sauberes, ideal DIREKT an der Autobahn gelegenes Hotel mit liebevollst ausgestattetem Interieur! Vor dem Frühstück (05:00) Uhr weggemusst, dennoch Kaffee und ein kleines Lunchpaket mitbekommen!
