Holiday Heaven Resort and Banquet Hall is a beautiful multi purpose facility located along the coast of Runway Bay close to all major hotel, shopping plaza and beaches and other entertainment venues. Holiday Heaven is clean, the rooms and facilities are modern and well maintained and the staffs are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Big up the front desk officer Shandelee for going above and beyond to making our stay and my friends wedding a great one.

Hot water was an issue, as previously reported---little pressure and low temperature. The staff was super welcoming. Amenities are basic. Room had a dorm fridge, no coffee maker for tea or coffee, no hair dryer, no iron, as you would get in even the most basic hotel. You will get hotel size soap, no shampoo, lotion, etc. Food was great. Pest control is due. Spiderwebs w/spiders in closet / roaches spotted in room; didn't put any luggage inside closet.
