"We had a lovely stay at this hotel.It was very clean,spacious. We had a coffee machine in the room,microwave and a small fridge. The bedding was changed every day. We would fresh towels and a two water bottles in the fridge every day.We had breakfast included.Very cute little reception area with so much choice for breakfast."

"Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into...

"La proximité de l’aéroport. La navette malgré qu’elle soit payante. L’autobus tout près. Un bon restaurant dans le voisinage. Nous aurions aimé avoir un séchoir à cheveux, un réfrigérateur, plus de rangement et avoir l’air climatisée. Lorsque les fenêtres étaient fermées nous n’entendions pas les avions mais avec les 32 degrés Celsius s’était assez chaud"

"Staff don’t smile and not very helpful. No much food to choose from. Not properly maintained air conditioning caused us to changed room across the 2nd room originally rented when i was told that we can’t get adjacent room as all were already occupied."

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"A/c didn’t work. Needed several requests to have someone look at it. Food at restaurant was not good. Coffee machines and juice machines were broken or not filled. Website for shuttle reservation didn’t translate to English. And lastly the wifi was not provided and when we asked about the password the front desk had to provide their own password"

"Junior suite room was large and there was air-conditioning. We did request a fan which they had. Significantly better and well worth of money, especially compared to the hotel across the street which was disgusting."

"Tub required high step to get in & out. No washcloths or ice machine. It was 90+ degrees temp outside. They had no A/C. PUT US on the 5TH FLOOR. Heat rises. Told us to just open the the windows. The windows had no screen or safety barrier when open to prevent falling or bugs entering. Room did have sleeping accommodation we requested. But was so small we had no room to move about. And, when advised we had meds that required refrigeration, the brought out a very small black plastic...

"Great hotel close to the airport. They really go above the expected for families. The play area in the lobby, colouring in the rooms. Staff was pleasant, check in was smooth. Beds were comfy. Would return."
