"It's unfortunate that a property like this has not been kept up or improved to take it up a notch or two. Great, scenic location off the Rideau River. Beautiful river views, but the building is old and needs some TLC. It was okay for a nights sleep, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to spend some holiday travels in the area and quiet time on the balcony looking over the river. Much potential, but it's aging away."

"Out dated. Bed was comfy. No bedbugs. Great shower, lots of hot water. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Just needs a refresh in the room. Close to everything. Stacked Restaurant next door. Easy parking. Good vending machines. It was fine."

"Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!"

"Room was clean , shower was clean. Staff was on their phone while i was checking in and out. Breakfast was non existent. Fruit looked about a week old , very few selections of anything other than toast. Coffee was tolerable. Was an ok spot to stop for a night but I dont think I would book a longer stay. In my honest opinion was over priced for what was offered."

"This place was absolutely wonderful! The building is beautiful with lovely decor. There's a super cute coffee bar, a screened patio, beautiful grounds, and a peaceful space to read and relax by a pond. Our host was great, and we got to enjoy fresh produce from their garden. Highly recommend."

"My daughter’s soccer team stayed here and it was great! We are a Family of five and the rooms We’re spacious and clean. The bathrooms were great and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The kids loved the pool even though it wasn’t heated and many used the new machines in the fitness Room. Overall great experience!"
