Hôtel Les Terrasses D'Eze

"We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the balcony was a nice place to relax. The pool area was clean and the pool was outstanding with beautiful views all around. The staff were friendly and polite. We did have to wait a bit when looking for service at the pool, it seems the bell for contacting staff may have been faulty but the maintenance staff sorted that out without issue. We enjoyed our breakfast with a varied choice to suit all tastes. We found the dinner menu to be a bit lacking in choice and the food was a bit bland, for example, the Thai chicken curry seemed to lack spice. The bar area was nice, with inside and outside seating and we found the staff to be helpful and polite, as were the staff at reception and in the breakfast and dining room. There isn’t really anything to complain about as a hotel of choice but it is rather remote, so unless you are driving your own or a rental car, transport to and from Eze village or beyond via taxi or uber are rather expensive for the distance travelled, which cannot be done as a pedestrian on foot. There are no pavements on the road to and from the hotel into Eze village."

"I have the highest praise for the leadership exhibited and manifested by the entire staff of Bruno Mercadal. Several staff members told us without us asking that he is the best boss they had ever had, quite the compliment. Arnaud at the bar and his brother the pastry chef were tremendously engaged in their service at RR! The setting and location is the best in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, with the beach within steps and pool at the ground floor with magnificent views. A great stay in our favorite location we visited from Monte Carlo to Cannes."

"I always stay at this hotel on the beach several pools gym massages restaurants wonderful staff fantastic view ! Always get a beach view! Patio the best ! Do convenient to the casino ! Walking distance if you like a bit of a hike ! Not too far !"

"The distance to the room! There was nobody to help with the luggages! I asked for for a golf cart but they said that was not possible. My room 407 did not have a refrigerator. The room smells musty! There was no air at the bedroom. The was air but the exit of the air was in another room so it was hot in the room."
