10/10 Excellent

"It’s great value for money being perfectly located for a holiday or business in Nürnberg. Clean, spacious, comfortable & being able to self cater / wash with kitchen & laundry in the apartment is gold. My only quibble is the about the steps in the pool area which when wet are slippery as glass, hence I fell - fortunately I was holding on to the rail when descending the steps so only injuries were bruised & muscle strains - all it needs is some rubber strips to make it safe. That said, the pool is really clean ( pretty cool) but the sauna is excellent."

"Clean and modern. We stayed here because of the availability of parking. Parking was expensive, but seemed similar elsewhere. It was a bit far out of the centre in terms of walking, but close to underground. There was also a bakery and supermarket opposite which supported a better value breakfast option."

"The buffet breakfast is excellent! And it’s close to the train station and the old city which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the first room they gave us, the AC was not working. They moved us to another room, where the AC was working but the minibar fridge was off and the room safe was locked. All fixed very quickly (service and staff get five stars). Then we discovered there is no hot water (too late to change rooms and we didn’t complain as it was already late). Next morning, no hot water still, but by the afternoon the hot water was back. Overall, the furnishings, bed, pillows, curtains, lobby etc clearly make this a 3 star hotel, with a breakfast and service level that belongs to a 4 or 5 star property."
