Great Hotel Outside of Central City

Wonderful hotel located outside of the city center. A car is recommend as there is few dining options in the immediate area except the onsite restaurant and bar. Several historic spots are in walking distance such Zeppelin Platz and the Documentation Center. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are is very nice!!

it's perfect amenities that everyone will love. It's outside the city but not a problem because public transportation are just a few minutes away. Resto inside serve a palatable meal. Our room was spacious and cleaned up every day. Staff are kind and approachable.

Indoor pool was a great way to unwind. Room controlled air conditioner worked GREAT! Mini-fridge to store drinks and snacks. Ice machine was an added bonus to fill water bottles.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for almost 15 years. It’s getting older but the upkeep is stellar, the service impeccable. Its location is only good if you’re visiting anything nearby like the Meistersinger Halle for shows and concerts. Huge park adjacent. 3-minute walk to buses and tram for a 10-minute ride to the central train station and the old city for all the restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions like museums and Royal Castle.

Everything is very old and run down. Staff not friendly and short. The pool was closed and they were not flexible to cancel the stay because we were not told the pool would be closed when we arrived. The second day the pool was open and my daughter cut her ankle on a screw by the ladder. Staff again didn't care much but handed a first aid kit. She has a scar to this day. Will never show up there again!

The Night manager/worker came to my room twice and told us to keep the noise down. The first time we comply and turn the music down, then he came to my room a second time he completely burst into the room telling us we were too loud after we turned down the music and lowered our voices. I sincerely apologize and ask what did I do wrong but he continued to be rude, treated my female friends rudely and planning to kick me out, telling me I won’t be getting a refund and treated to call the police.

In diesem Hotel spürt man die gelebte Gastgeberrolle der Betreiber. Alles ist darauf ausgelegt, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt und es wurde auch an Details gedacht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig in der Auswahl. Kompliment an die Betreiber, man spürt das Herzblut und das Engagement der Mitarbeiter. Besonders auffällig war dies bei den beiden jungen Mitarbeiterinnen an der Hotelbar. Toller und professioneller Service! Besonders bei Veranstaltungen in der Meistersingerhalle ist die direkte Nachbarschaft des Hauses zum Veranstaltungsort ein unschlagbarer Standortvorteil. Umso erfreulicher ist es, dass „trotzdem“ dieses hohe Qualitätsniveau geboten wird. Für uns ein rundum außergewöhnlicher und schöner Aufenthalt.
