"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer. The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city. It is situated perfectly amongst various obvious meeting places. The service is simply incredible, daily changing of the bed linens and towels,...

"We had reservations for long time yet our first room AC did Not work Was only cold air The upset was when we called them to change the room we're trying to "convince us" was working They sent 2 man to repair it More than 30 min later and 3 more maintenance men could not solve it so I called and ask for manager she was super nice and finally we got a new room"

"The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."
