We had a wonderful stay for Shabbat! So close to the Kotel and everything else! The pool was a super bonus and the owner was such a pleasure to work with! Coming back soon!

Poor communication with property management
The location was great, but the management company for the unit was not. They did not communicate with us about arrival procedures which were complicated. The apartment was not as pictured. The pool was out of order, but they did not tell us about that. The coffee machine didn’t work, and they told us that they’d send another one but never did. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own after they didn’t bring us any. We were very disappointed in our communication and lack of support from the property management. Because of this, I would not recommend this place to travelers.

Avoid at all costs. Highly Disappointing
Terrible service and communication. Had to call 3 times to get a second key as the door is deadlocked which required us to all go out together.
Sold as “fully equipped kitchen” but didn’t have bowls, coffee cups or pans.
Door handles for front door and bathroom kept falling off, meaning you couldn’t fully close the bathroom to to avoid getting locked in. Only supplied one day of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. Several requests via phone and WhatsApp to solve these resulted in the delivery of a second key, a small fry pan and some bowls after 2 full days.
The pool is filthy and looks like it hasn’t been used in months.
I recommend avoiding this property or any managed by the same company

Les photos sont trompeuses . Sur le site est mélangé deux endroits differents . Bien évidemment au moment de la réservation les images king david residence avec piscine et synagogue et un brau lobbie sont montrés, malheureusement nous avons loger dans un autre endroit le king david court . Aucun standing,ni lobby ni synagogue , piscine en renovation sans que cela soir indiqué , interaction compliqué place se parking occupé, nous avons du appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir une solution .

Unclean apartment
We booked for King David Court but we’re accommodated in King David Residences without informing us. Photos were completely different to the actual.
Apartment was dilapidated with broken chairs dusty and dirty surfaces and filthy oven. Television and one Shabbat kettle didn’t work.
Sono cliente Hotels da anni e non avevo mai avuto alcun problema. Quello che è successo a Gerusalemme è vergognoso. Durante il nostro soggiorno dei ladri sono entrati nel nostro appartamento (dotato di codice), hanno preso le nostre carte di credito e hanno tentato diversi prelievi. Lo so per certo perchè ricevevo notifiche mentre ero in centro e la mia carta era in camera. Ancora oggi sto ricevendo notifiche per tentati acquisti online da 15.000€! Una sensazione orribile, che mi ha rovinato l'intero viaggio. Per la cronaca, l'appartamento era anche sporco, le lenzuola avevano evidenti buchi da sigaretta ed erano ricche di peli appartenenti immagino ad ospiti precedenti. Le foto che vedete nella descrizione della pagina sono molto "aggiustate", l'appartamento è piuttosto fatiscente. Unica nota positiva la posizione, molto vicino alla porta di Giaffa.

Voyage à 5 avec 3 enfants de 5, 10 et 11 ans. Quartier sûre et agréable. Immeuble classe très calme et propre. Service complet et Jacob est très réactifs aux besoins particuliers et très gentil (et il parle français !). Équipement largement suffisant pour nous 5 et fonctionnel (frigo, machine à laver, sèche linge, congélateur, machine à café, bouilloire, micro onde, plaque de cuisson, clim, etc.) . Prévoir des protèges matelas si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Savon et shampoing de qualité et en quantité très largement suffisante. Appartement très bien placé. Le parking est un plus indéniable. Market 24/24, 7 j/7 à 5 mn à pieds. Parc avec jeux d'eau et ombre à 5 minutes à pieds. Musée d'Israël à 2,3km. Accès resto, jaffa street, ben yeouda street, tram, porte de jaffa, souk, vieu Jérusalem, grandes enseignes et petits commerces, pharmacie à 10 mn à pieds. maxi. Bref idéal pour se poser et visiter Jérusalem. De la nous avons visité la mer morte, massada, qumran, eilat.
This is not a hotel; it is an air Bnb. Unfortunately, nobody told us that. When we arrived at the address by cab we saw only a shopping center, named King David Court. Nobody on the premises had heard of a hotel. A lady in a business there called for us and got the apt number and access codes, but was not told that the access was from the left of the complex, a fact that I found out accidentally. Also, apartment 2 is not the door between 1 and 3, it is another door between 9 and 10. Once we were in, the apartment was quite nice and we were happy, but getting in was no fun. Also, there was no sign about wifi access, so we didn't use wifi.
The location is excellent as it is near David Citadel Hotel and just next to the car rental companies. The room is tidy, room temperature is good, but just hot water needs time to be heated up and hence may not be hot enough.

1) Jag fick inga instruktioner om hur komma in i lägenheten. Inga koder, ingenting annat än adressen. Ägarens (Jacob) representant (Hava?) skickade efter telefonsamtal över en instruktion. Hon skyllde på Expedia att jag inte fått instruktionen.
2) När jag fick instruktionen var den felaktig. a) Den förutsatte att hyresgästen kunde läsa hebreiska för att hitta rätt namn och rätt knapp att trycka. b) När jag lyckats hitta rätt knapp så fungerade det ändå inte. Efter en lång kommunikation med ägarens representant fick jag en kod som fungerade. c) Så borde det stå "turn the knob counter-clockwise" inte som nu "Turn the knob on the LIFT side". d) Det stod inget om hissarna på "shabbat"
3) Det låg smutsiga kläder i en låda.
4) En av sängarna var rejält nedlegad. Som en hängmatta mot mitten.
5) Hur man kan ta 599:90 ILS (1593 SEK) för städning när det är tjockt med gammalt damma ovanpå skåp och kylskåp?
6) Det var rymligt, ligger centralt nära Jaffa Gate och Jaffa Road.
7) Det fanns varmvatten i duschen om det slogs på en dryg halvtimmer innan. Det fanns bestick, glas, kastruller men inte muggar.
