"First night one pool was closed. I didnt see a second hot tub as advertised. The suite was nice and big. Bed was alright. Breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to Mall of America."

"The toilet didn’t even flush in our room, and the towel holder in the bathroom fell off the wall. My sister’s room had a cockroach running around while she was showering. The breakfast area had flies everywhere landing on our coffee cups."
