The Marquette Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton
I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend.

Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again.

Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Downtown
Food was not great at restaurant however the housekeeping was amazing. We left some expensive headphones there and they found them the next morning right before they went into the wash! They mailed them in a protective box! So thankful.
