Staff did a great job of keeping floors clean and dry with all the snow coming down! Friendly front desk staff and well attended breakfast was kept fully stocked.

We did online check in. The clerk at the front desk just gave us our cards with no other conversation or instructions. Info like where to park, our room number, how to get to our room, the fact you need a key card to get the elevator to the floor we were staying would be helpful. The pool was shutdown ...

Perfect location, spacious, immaculate room and staff was great. Amelia at check-in gets an A+ rating. We will definitely be back anytime we have an event downtown.
