"Parking was easy only thing is when leaving the parking lot you cannot go back the same way as in even though the map says you can. Staff was very friendly and the stay was quiet. "

"First room the AC was not working, they gave us another room, the TV remote was busted, and the bathroom door had 2 big gashes and the lock did not work. Additionally, no one cleant the room for the 4 days we were there. When I asked the Front desk, they said they clean rooms every three days. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Lobby and stairs were dirty. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor."

"The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was offered, but it appeared there was a charge for it (I may be mistaken). There was some work underway on some of the rooms (window replacement/repair), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I would stay here again."

Breakfast at Madeline’s was another highlight—flavorful and served with genuine warmth. What makes the experience even better is the location. You can step outside and enjoy charming boutiques, great local food, and beautiful nearby parks that make wandering the area a joy. A memorable, refreshing visit.
