This was a night out close to home. Wow, we were so impressed with the quality of the room, amenities and pet allowance of the property. Breeakfast was okay, could have been more options. Pool was clean, fitness center is a bit small. The room was a spacious suite with a fantastically tall shower for my 6'3" husband and a super soft and cozy king bed. Doordash was perfect for a variety of great food options. We will definitely return for a stay-cation weekend

Starting to feel a little run down with wear showing on furniture. Hem ripped out of one of the sheer curtains. Bedding seems like whatever they could find. Water pooled on floor by toilet. Breakfast is wonderful to have something there but much more limited than on previous stays. Just not as good as previous stays.

Hi Teresa,We are due for a soft good renovation this year so hopefully if all goes well, we will be getting new furniture. Breakfast is up to the standards that Hilton states we have to have, we get inspected by Hilton and will lose points if we are missing anything and if we have products out that we are not to have. Thank you for bringing the sheer issue to our attention, that will be a project to get accomplished to go room to room and check all the sheers to get a count so I can order new ones. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was.

Nice, Comfortable Hotel!

Service was great. The desk clerk was very kind and helpful. She put us in a room set off from the others. It was quiet! The room was nice, but was not completely clean - some vacuuming and a dirty pillow case. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff was pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The kitchen was dirty with left over food. The bathroom had a dirty wash cloth hanging on the rod. The staff failed to bring fresh towels. During my stay I never had a good night sleep. The neighbor next to my room had their dog chained to the adjoining door. The mutt never took a break from barking. These inconsiderate patrons need to board their dogs when they go on vacation. Leave your dirty flea bag mutts at home. Nobody thinks it’s cute to hear a dog of any size barking 24/7.

Nice property and location

In town to meet up with friends we haven’t seen in a long time. Location of the property is close to several restaurants and Quaker Steak is next door which made it easy to connect. Keri at checkin was very helpful, room has a great layout. Wish we were in town for a longer stay.

Handy to bike path, about 2 miles away and only 20-25 minutes to Great American ballpark. This was our second stay.

This was one of the grossest hotel rooms I have stayed in with my family. Honestly if there were other hotels near by with vacancies we would have left. I never complain to hotel staff about dirty hotel rooms but this was so bad I couldn’t let my 18 month old freely walk around. Almost all the furniture was broken, ripped, and stained. There were fresh wet and very sticky stains over the chairs. There was shampoo and toothpaste smeared all over the shower. The walls had dark hair and lint(?) stuck to them. The fan in the bedroom was so dirty that it looked like it was covered in black mold (I think it was just hair skin and dirt). After I made the mistake of using one of the chairs (which literally stuck to my butt) I decided to say something to the woman at the front desk. We paid just under $300- for the room. I’m not sure what I was anticipating would be done. Honestly I just wanted them to see the room themselves. She took a ton of pictures and told me she was very sorry and would get us a discount and that she couldn’t believe the room looked like this. When she left she said she would call our room in about 30 minutes after she spoke to management. Unfortunately she never called us and nothing was done. I don’t recommend staying here… and definitely will avoid all Homewood Suites in the future.

Pool "temporarily" closed- bummer! :(

We booked this room to celebrate my child's birthday so the group could all swim. We even called the day before to ensure the pool was open. The front desk confirmed the pool was open until 11pm. We rushed to get back from dinner so the kids could swim. It was 7:30pm -- and the pool was CLOSED! The front desk said the snow storm caused a problem with the pipes (?)...looking through the window the pool was full, looked fine, but locked up! The kids were very, very disappointed and we were told it would be open at 8am. After breakfast the pool was NOT OPEN. Frustrating. I spoke with the manager, Dennis. He said the chlorine level was "off." I asked if the pool had been shocked. He said yes but needed to be treated again and would open late afternoon. I explained that we came here to swim for a birthday celebration. I asked could we have a late check out so the kids could get a little swim in? He agreed. The maintenance man, Barry, "fixed" the pool and the kids had a swim!! We were grateful. Thank you for a comfortable, fun stay. Christina, who set up and cleaned our room after check in, left a very sweet, thoughtful note wishing my child a "Happy birthday!" So sweet. The hotel is older and had some service hiccups but we were impressed and touched by the kindness, efforts, and big hearts of the friendly staff. Thank you, Trevor, Christina, Dennis and Barry!! You are the best!!

We stay at homewood frequently when we visit our daughter & her family in terrace park. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious & breakfast is perfect!

Overall great stay, breakfast was just okay. Quite overall but you can hear footsteps above you. If you need to walk no sidewalks to get to other businesses around you.

Possibly the best room I've stayed in so far, very comfortable. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops but the complementary breakfast is pretty good also. Hotel is understaffed which leads to my only complaint; housekeeping service was essentially non-existent. We were told we had to order it a day ahead of time and even when we did, nothing was ever done.
