Solid 4-Star Hotel — Definitely Recommend! This hotel is a solid 4-star property and offers a very pleasant, comfortable stay! Everything feels clean, fresh, and well maintained. The interiors look like they were renovated not too long ago, giving the hotel a modern and welcoming atmosphere. One thing I really appreciated was how nice and fresh the hotel smelled throughout. The bathroom was spotless, spacious, and comfortable to use. The bed was also very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great experience and exactly what you would expect from a quality 4-star hotel. Definitely recommend and would happily stay here again!

It is clean and all renovated. Our main problem was that it is located on the side of the Duomo plaza that is toooooo crowded. It is like staying right in the middle of Times Square. It was my mistake i didn't realize how different this side of the square from the opposite one.

Loved the property -- great location, great rooms, helpful staff. The only downside is that there was a fair amount of street noise but that ended by about 11 PM (and, of course, it was summer so likely more folks out than at other times of the year).
